Danelle has a gentle touch and calm demeanor that she has developed both guiding patients through injections and surgical procedures. She provides expert results in aesthetic procedures that accentuate natural beauty and restore youthfulness.
Specializes in Botox, Lips Enhancements, Restoring Facial Volume and Delaying Aging and Radiofrequency Microneedling.
Marissa Humble, RN
Registered Nurse
Marissa is a skilled Cosmetic Nurse Injector with over six years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Specializing in aesthetic treatments, she excels in using her expertise to enhance natural beauty and rejuvenate youthful appearances. Her role extends beyond typical nursing duties; she carefully administers cosmetic injections, ensuring each patient receives personalized care tailored to their specific needs and aesthetic goals. Her nurturing touch and composed demeanor, developed through her diverse nursing background in Critical Care, PACU, and emergency room settings, make her an asset in delicate cosmetic procedures.
In collaboration with Dr. Nichols, Marissa provides holistic patient care throughout the surgical experience. She educates patients during pre-operative visits, supports them during surgery, and ensures their comfort and safety post-operatively. Her ACLS certification and extensive medical background enable her to handle a wide range of situations with professionalism and care. Committed to excellence, Marissa strives to make every patient's surgical and cosmetic experience both positive and transformative.
NATALIE PIPER, LME
Master Esthetician
Natalie’s genuine personality coupled with her passion for skincare and knowledge of Esthetics provide clients with comfort and quality.
Natalie is a Master Esthetician certified by the NCEA and licensed in Washington State. She specializes in making PPS patients feel confident about their skin. She strives every day to help our patients bring out the best in their skin and achieve radiant results.
Natalie specializes in laser treatments such as Laser Hair Reduction, IPL, Laser Vein Removal, Laser Resurfacing, Peels, Facials, Radiofrequency Microneedling, and skin care products.
Alna Fairley
Licensed Massage Therapist
With a deep connection to her Hawaiian heritage through hula, Alna learned the significance of maintaining a balanced mind, body, and spirit from a young age. This early foundation instilled in her a passion for helping others, marked by a positive spirit and calming nature. Her journey in massage therapy began with her outstanding achievement at the Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage, where she graduated with distinction. Following her graduation, Alna devoted two and a half years to perfecting her craft at a well-respected spa, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in addition to her formal education.
Continuing her professional development, Alna attended the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. There, she obtained her certification in manual lymphatic drainage and further honed her skills with additional training in post-operative lymphatic drainage. Now specializing in manual lymphatic drainage, Alna's goal is to provide optimal care, delivering comfort, facilitating healing, and bringing joy to each of her clients.

Kaitlyn Barber
Patient Care Coordinator
Kaitlyn has been a rising star at Pearl Plastic Surgery. She first joined PPS in 2019 and was soon promoted to our patient care coordinator and then to Office Manager. Kaitlyn oversees the daily operations of the office and ensures the entire PPS team provides the best patient experience possible. She is intelligent, hard working, and cheerful to all patients.
She earned her bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Business in 2020.
Seraphine Moncada ST, MA
Medical Assistant & Surgical Technician
Seraphine is the medical assistant and surgical technician at Pearl Plastic Surgery. Sera brings a wealth of knowledge with her of experience working with patients in both the clinic and operating room. She is always happy and upbeat and makes everyone smile.
Seraphine received her bachelors in Kinesiology in 2018 and recently co-authored a publication in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal with Dr. Chris Nichols

Authorization Specialist
Tori is the medical assistant, surgical technician, and authorization specialist at Pearl Plastic Surgery. A true jack of all trades, Tori excels at multitasking and is passionate about guiding our patients through their surgical journey every step of the way.
In addition to her many qualifications, Tori is a Certified Weight Loss Specialist.
